I ordered a meal deal that said will come with a can of pepsi max... nope I got a can of regular pepsi again instead (yuck) I also ordered a can of cherry coke got a can of regular coke instead (yuck) , I would hate to think if I had ordered can of diet coke and what they would have sent instead , but the only part of my order that was right was the sub and the filling lacking on donner meat but it was good .

As reported before a few times\t one of the paid-for ingredients for my jacket potato with coleslaw\t beans\t and bolognese was missing - this time it was the coleslaw. Within a minute after being given my food by the driver\t I checked my order\t and sure enough the coleslaw was absent either with the jacket potato or as an extra. I shouted to the driver\t by now in his car\t and he went off back to the takeaway. To their credit\t two tubs of coleslaw were provided\t which actually made it a better meal. But\t it's all very well for the takeaway staff and manager to do this\t but the embarrassed driver had to take one for the team\t apologized for something that was not his fault\t and wasted time and petrol. I was left irritated and embarrassed. I have used Billy Walton's takeaway 48 times. Is there any reason why I should make it 49?

Very good\t the food sent was exceptional\t although the coleslaw for my jacket potato was missing\t hence the "OK" rating for this order.\n\nDue to the lateness of my unpacking my order\t I was unable to call the takeaway for this to be supplied. Ironically\t the very tasty bolognese and beans which were extras to my order of jacket potato and coleslaw were included. This has happened before a number of times\t with the result that another driver is sent out with only a small tub of whatever is missing. Please do NOT respond to this criticism by immediately arranging a delivery of coleslaw with nothing to put it on.\n\nI would also like to point out that on clicking the link on the email\t > > LEAVE YOUR REVIEW NOW < < \t it took me (again\t and as always) to www..feedmeonline.co.uk This is obviously NOT a valid internet address due to there being TWO dots between "www" and "feedmeonline.co.uk".
